ログインできなくなったAppleでログインしていたのが、1週間後に突然ログアウトしており、ログインできなくなりました。パスワード忘れた方を試してもアドレス登録されていませんとでてきて大焦り。謎すぎます。年間登録したばかりだったため、Appleの方で返金対応して頂きました。使える間は楽しく使ってました!

ログインできないApple IDで登録してたら、アップデートした後急に弾き出されてログインできなくなった。まだ1ヶ月も使ってないのに。とりあえず様子見で月額にしててよかった。内容はいいのにこのバグは致命的すぎる。

内容は置いといて解約しても引き落とされ続ける、コンタクトを取ってもすぐに返事はなく来てもマニュアル通りの返事のみ。話にならない。結局クレジットカードを解約するしかなかった。

Epicコレは英語の勉強の時に使いますがEpic はたまにお金かかる時があるので生徒が読みたい本が読めなくて大変です。だから僕はアンインストールしました。改善お願いします。

どーなってるの?多読多聴ができる、無料と書いてあったのでダウンロードしました。そして、新規登録をし自分のメールアドレスも書きました。そしたら、30日間無料!これを押したら1ヶ月無料ですがこれを押さないでアインストールしたらお金を出さなくて大丈夫なのですか??メールをこないようにするには、どーするのですか?そもそも、メールの内容は日本語で書くべきでしょ?

無料じゃないじゃんこれを無料の方に入れるって謎。ほっといたら勝手にお金取られるようになるし、解約もアプリからはできない。なによりメールアドレスとパスワードやアカウント作る前にその通知出せよって話。内容は良いかもしれないけど(見てない)やり方が汚いからないわ。

解約がわかりにくい一カ月の無料トライアルがありますが、解約時にソフト内からの解約はできません。アップルからの解約になりますので、少しややこしいです。問い合わせると全て英語で返信がきますので、英語のわからない方はまず手を出さない方が無難です。

トライアル後課金なのを最初に出すべき皆さんおっしゃる通り、ずっと無料のようなややこしさ登録はできましたので、試してみます。お困りの方、登録確認のメールのApp Storeの欄でトライアルをキャンセルを選べばキャンセルできます。キャンセルしてからも無料トライアル期間は使えるようなので見てみます。

過大広告インスタの広告に無料で読み放題とあってダウンロード。アカウントを作成し終わった時点で1カ月のみ無料であること、その後は月々7.99ドル課金されることが判明。騙されてアカウント作成させられた気分です。先に表示するべき。
