オーディオ聴くためだけにDLしたがまず、チケットは可能な限り早く書いましょう。アプリでは無くwebサイトで購入するのがいいと思います。遅くとも2週間前には。私は4日前に渡航を決めて、1日前に急に思い立って調べたら予約が必要なことを知ったので(現地にチケ売り場があると思ってた)外部サイトKlookから予約しました。はい、もちろん割高です。でも公式では4日後のチケットからしか販売していなかったので買わせていただけるだけありがたい。チケットがメールで届いてもこのアプリのチケット、オーディオガイドDLがエラーで弾かれます。もしかして私が買ったチケットは騙された、、?行って「詐欺サイトです。」みたいなことが起こるのかしら。と冷つきました。とはいえKlookが大手なことは知っているのでまあなんとかなるっしょと思いました。ちなみにKlookからもオーディオガイドが送られてきました。オーディオガイドを高額で買ったのかと思いました。これには日本語がなかったのでどうしても公式のガイドが欲しかったんです。現地でスタッフに聞いたら「どのサイトで買った?」と聞かれて、サイトごとにEメールアドレスが決まったものを入力すると入れるようになってました。ちなみにKlookはspain@tiqets.comです。問題はこのアプリの音声。1分に1回途切れる途切れる。おそらく画面が暗くなるとスリープしてます。続きから再生しようとアプリを開くと再起動してホーム画面からやり直し。1時間半くらいで30回はやりました。画面が暗くならないようにずっと明るくしておく必要があり、バッテリーとの熱い戦いをしてしまいました。ちなみにARは要らないと思います。それより博物館や展示の言語翻訳文章を入れてください。

カードが通らない何回やってもカード複数変えてみても全く通らない。金融機関の信用がないのか?

来て欲しくないのかな態々アプリダウンロードさせてチケット買おうと必要事項記入してもエラー。10回以上試してもダメなので、英語からカタルニーニャ語に変えるだけでなく、日本人というかアジア人を排除したいのかなと思い別国籍で試しても全部エラー。因みに電話番号は日本の個人ケータイではなく、欧州の駐在先の国の会社支給の電話番号で試してもエラー。既に15年前に行ったし、究極は中の様子は他人の写真をみればいいし、外側だけ遠目に見ればいいかなっていう感じ。つまりあまり観光客に来て欲しくないってことだと理解した。アプリの評価が低いのも納得…
