調べた単語の履歴が頻繁に消える!調べた単語の履歴が頻繁に消えるので、とにかく使いにくい。(当方、最新のiOS、最新バージョンのアプリ、iPhone14。) 何度もサポートに問い合わせてるが、「そのバグは報告してるが、まだ対応出来てない」とのこと。基本機能に関するバグなのに、かれこれもう2〜3年ほど修正されずに放置されている。 大手のアプリなのに、このやる気のなさが信じられない…。(2025/10/26 追記)もう1年半もアップデートがない…。バグを直す気はまるでないらしい。これで有料アプリなのが信じられない。一方で、最近もまた単語の履歴が消えてしまった。 (2024/03/30 追記) 物凄く久しぶりにアップデートがあったが、調べた単語の履歴が消えるバグは完全に放置されている。こんなにやる気のない大手のアプリは見たことがない。

OALD8はもう使えないの?OALD8の頃から使っています。最近iPhone15に機種変更しましたが、OALD8の辞書をダウンロード出来ません。CaralogueからRe-download purchased OALD8を押すと Unable to download Re-download purchased OALD8 / The operation couldn’t be completed. (SKErrorDomain error 2. ) となり、ダウンロードできません。新しいiPhoneでOALD8を使う方法を教えてください。

詐欺アプリ紙の辞書を買ったが旺文社の手順通りやってもアカウント連携できません。サポートの対応も悪いのでここの辞書は買わない方がいいです。 本当にお金を返してほしい。

使えなくなったiPadOSが16.4.1になってから、検索がされない。下から上へのスワイプもできたりできなかったり。メモリ(RAM)も測定アプリで確認すると100%近くになっている。辞書自身は素晴らしく、日常使っている辞書でもあるので残念。ちなみに、iPadAir(第4世代)、iPadmini(第6世代)どちらでも同様の状態。iphoneでは問題なし。
